I have a toshiba a205 satellite laptop. I was using my recovery disks and completely deleted the hard disk. My 1st recovery disk loads but 2nd one loads for awhile then gives an error that says 0x8007664 windows\system32\winload.exe is missing or corrupted. Now when I reboot I have an error that says BOOTMGR is missing press ctrl alt del to restart but I get the same mesdage. I have changed the boot order in bios to cd/dvd and I don't have the sata option. Please help!

I suspect your recovery media is damaged and you will need to buy a retail version of Windows.

Good Luck
