Where did you purchase the phone from? They should have done it in the store at the time of purchase, had you asked for it. If they will not, give it back, let them know you cannot use it!
Can you export it to your desktop using the BBdesktop manager software, then inport it with an usb cable to your phone? Have you tried that?
