Hi
I have a msi cx420 laptop,When I turn it on power's light turns on but the screen does not turn on,too HDD LED dosent turn on.
please help me.

I see that you have already posted another message.

Does you operating system start? Can you hear the fan run?

What is your operating system?

Have you tried starting in safe mode?

Have you tried to connect your laptop to an external monitor to see if you get a signal?

My system is Windows 7 _64
Yes fan is running.
I have no video output , The screen is off.I'm can't go safe mode.
When I turn on it,power led on but hard disc led off.

Then I suggest you try an external monitor, this will allow you to test if the problem is from the monitor or the graphic (video) card. If you do not have access to another monitor, you must consult a technician.
