Hello, when I power on my laptop it will on, but unable to start up windows the caplock led is blinking alond side with the black screen.
Serial number: 5CG3335ZBB
product number:F1E89EA#ABV. Please help thanks.

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug the cable and start.

i reinstalled the os and it works. Please sir I need direct link to download hp notebook 2000 touchpad driver.

goodmorning sir, please why is a new laptop behaving strangly? A nee hp notebook 2000-2d12se, the windows that came with started to work on it own, so I formated it hoping it will work fine but it failed. After the formating another problem came up this time it wonzlt start up windows.

I assume that your OS is genuine, is so, I'm afraid there is a hardware issue and I suspect that your hard disk must be replaced. I suggest that you see a technician.

I wish I could do more, sorry.

i tried to install os, I cancelled it on the way, the pc restart and it start up the previous windows I installed, this a big mess boss.

If you cancelled the os in installation progress, your o/s files got corrupted.

Have you tried to start it in safe mode ?

Yes! I agree! This is a huge mess!

it will on and restart on it own, the lde close to the caplock will blink 1 time with it as it resart. The research I carried out told me that if the led blink 1e that the cpu is not functional, but this a new laptop sir. Please any steps I can do to resolve the issue?

i have did hard reset, no luck. The only thing that will make it start up windows is to reinstall it os and after few hours, you shut it down and on it again it won't start up windows, boss please help .
