WD hard disk can't detect on pc

it's show as the picture show but doesn't show in ''My Computer''

my pc is dell , 4gb ram, windows 7.

what is problem and what can i do?
i can eject but can't view the files inside.

The hard disk inside the case probably has failed. But, the USB interface continues to talk to the computer. I have had success with removing the hard drive and replacing it.
