Ok, let us test the web...
Try this test. I am sorry for asking you to do something, but it is important to see if the web passes on your computer or not. Try to go to any other webpage! What happens?
Please understand, just by trying to access something, at this day and age, does not mean you are trying to log in. Can you ACCESS ANY webpage?
Clear your cache, and make certain your computer time is correct; are the first things to check if you can access, but not log on.
