Thank you for your response; however that does not really address the question I have asked. Indeed, I do, somewhat, agree with you on the problems with the program; but I have not found one I like better; so I would like to solve this singular problem I'm having. Again, thank you for taking the time to respond.

Yes I have downloaded from the site. The file downloads a .rar and will not open with winzip or 7 zip.

Its shareware but you can use but for just decompressing a file, you need not to purchase the license.

I have uninstalled Music Match a long time ago, I consider it a parasite software, full of bugs.
