Help comparig data in two different excel spreadsheets

Hi. Im a little overwhelmed. i have one spreadsheet that i keep that has my 125 contracts and task orders on it. example: row 1 contract number row 2 task order number

I have to pull 2 reports a day from an automated database spreadsheet containing thousands of contracts and task orders.

Then I have to pull a report of personnel reported against each contract and task order combination by location

How can I locate my 125 contracts in the daily master database spreadsheet and pull out my people by name and location along with a total per contract task order? I have been trying to figure out how to automate this for a month. Manual processing is killing me
