Could you make a game console that plays ps3 and xbox 360 games?

Would it be possible to put the internals from a ps3 and the internals from an x-box 360 and a bluray drive and put it all together so you don't get kicked off Playstation Network or X-box Live? Please don't get offended I really do want to know.
