My best guess is that you have motherboard problem(s). Only a PC tech with hands on access to the laptop can diagnose the problem. That's going to probably cost you $100. If the computer is 4 or 5 years old then it's probably best to just recycle it and buy a new one or replace it with an Android tablet. If you have data on the hard drive that you want to salvage then I suggest you buy a USB hard drive inclosure (of the correct type) and transfer the physical drive to it.
