Well, that is a published CON, as it specifically says in the download section:
"It is difficult to know if Ultrasurf does corrected what it is supposed to do."
I have an idea, travel to China and do a google search for something that will get you thrown in jail with the software running. IF the door doesn't come flying open, it is working!
