Hot spot only works on phone and other people's laptops but not

Hello there !
I'm a windows 7 user and I have a problem with my wifi
The hot spot that I'm using works perfectly fine on my phone and my dad's laptop , but it doesn't connect to mine ,
As you can see in the picture above

Please help me out and thank you in advance

Ok windows 7 hangs with network administration... You must set a network location as it will not always prompt for you to set it. Go to network settings and set to public, home or work. This will allow the firewall to allow traffic based on your setting.

Give that a go
