Cannot open all website with all browser

As I mention at Tittle, I cannot open all the website that I can open before with Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer. I already connected and use a LAN cable to connect but still cannot open any website. My another laptop can open the website I want to open. please help me~~

This is a sign of a malware infection. What version of Windows are you using?
