Sony vaio E series windows 7 recovery

hello,
I am using sony vaio E series "vpceh15EN"..I have a problem in my laptop not recovery for that reason I reinstalled Windows 7 without making its recovery disk or cd. In that installation I saw Disk 0 partition 1: Recovery type OEM(Reserved). May be it was a original OS back up. How I install my original operating system Please provide me your valuable suggestion how I can get back sony Vaio Factory settings
