I suggest you start in safe mode and choose last known good configuration.

Looks like a HD failure.
Try to reset to factory settings. (All of your data will be lost but it's better than a dead Toshiba)

It seems operating system failure. I put win 7 cd and it reairs and opened but after some hours, it shows blue screen and shut down. Why is.this keep happening?

Using a cd to factory reset a Toshiba is not the way. It may corrupt the recovery partition.
