How to login streamyx user name and password

I wanna change my wireless wifi. But after I paste this link 192.168.1.1 in my navigation bar, there is a streamyx login page. And I never hear this before, so I never know the user name and password. I have try enter "admin" for the both fields, in case it wasn't right, press "reset" button on your router for accepted default password and username, but is not successful. what can I do now??

Well you really need to contact your ISP of streamyx. You do pay for the service right? tech support is part of the service, at least it SHOULD be.

I looked around on streamyx site, and found no support tabs, but I did find a FAQ page, that provided no useful information concerning tech support.

oh..I see. but now I have one more problem. after press "reset" button on my router is missing Internet light. My computer cant correct Internet liao..... how??.
