Boot up problem constant 3 beeps(pause)3beeps

hi
as i boot up my pc, there is no visual and it makes a constant 3 beeps(pause)3beeps
i tried swaping ram's.The motherboad's powerlight is on and it doesnt have a video card.
please help me!?

The peeps you have described without a doubt point to graphics, so yes the onboard dvi is faulty.
