No boot past Lenovo screen!

My Lenovo ThinkPad is unable to boot past the Lenovo screen. I am unable to access the bios and have preformed a hard boot more than once. I really only know what I have read in forms and other outlets about these issues, so any information on how I can go about solving this problem would be boss. I am still running windows 8 not 8.1.

Looks like you need factory service.
