Hello,
i have just downloaded your (free) idm but it's not working, asking for serial number which is nowhere to be found? the dialogue box says, "with FAKE SERIAL NUMBER OR HAS BEEN BLOCKED."

Hi,

Look again at the download page, it says "Shareware" not "Freeware".

Shareware means you must purchase the license. No where it says that is free!
