There are certain kyboard short cuts. <CNTRL a> will highlite all characters on the page. Then take <CNTRL c> to copy everything that is highlighted. No go to the form element on the webpage and hit the <CNTRL v> shortcut, that should paste the copied data to the element.
Some more useful shortcuts:
<CNTRL z> UNDO
<CNTRL x> Cut
