Pendrive cant format due to write protected activated

Hello,

hai I have a problem in my pendrive. I cant format my pendrive and cant delete the files am tried all the ways in the given solution mycomputer->right click->manage this way also am tried but there is no use I cant format my pendrive. If anyone know the solution kindly rply me
