So I was goofing around on a video app I had used many times before and I looked up for a moment and when I looked back down it was black. I thought it just went to sleep because I was inactive for a moment but when I went to turn it back on it wouldn't start, even though it had a almost full charge. I tried holding the top button with the home button and it still wouldn't work. What should I do?

This is the new one, the first one would charge and I replaced it and then this one started messing up.

Looks like you have the "magic touch" when it comes to iPods.
I hope this one is still under warranty.

Sadly it isn't, I don't think I'll get another though because it's a 4th gen so it's older and harder to find cases and all that. XD
