Amazing slow downer

Hello, I recieved a CD from you, and I have some difficulties when I try to transfer a file from YouTube to amazing slow downer, it does`t work. I wonder what I do wrong. Can you help me?

Sorry to say but Kioskea does not send CD ROM.

You must be mistaken.
