Ping not successfull ip address shared network

Hello,

i want to one my pc but that was shared network ,, when i check my to use www.showmyip.com i see my ip is 217.12.59.191 its never changed
and my pc ip is 10.33.1.46.
can any one guide me how i ping my this pc from office ??

a 10.x.x.x is a private address, and is not routable on the internet. You must make a NAT to translate your public IP to a private IP behind your router.
