Hello,

did this happen out of the blue?

it may be that the boot order is wrong.

or, your hard drive is no longer detected.

when the POST screen comes up, when you turn on the computer, does it state anywhere that it has detected a hard disk?

normally it will say something along the lines of "HDD" or "Harddrive".

did you drop your laptop?

No I didn't drop it and it shows PXE-E61:Media Test Failure_Check Cable and PXE-M0F: exiting Intel Boost Agent. Then switches screen to Non-System disk or disk error replace and strike any key when ready

Sounds like you've got a disk error.

you're going to need to either try and run a check disk on that disk. Or, buy a new disk and reinstall Windows on to it.

I suggest you go into the BIOS (normally F2 or DEL)

on the main page it normally showed you whats connected.

if you dont see your hard drive in there it may be broken or the connection came loose.

go to the boot order within BIOS and see if HDD is set to be the first boot device.

Do you have a Windows disc?

if so, you need to boot to that CD and use command prompt to try and run a check disk.

if you get that far, the command will be "chkdsk C: /f".
