Inserting different photos into cells- macro

Hi, I am not a super savvy programmer, but looking for a Macro that might automate inserting a photo (so user selects image) and then re-sizing the photo to fit the aspect ratio (always the same) of the cell. Has anyone done this before? We are spending so much time inserting and resizing photos, there has to be a better way..
