Acer Laptop wont start up

Hello,

When I turn on the power adapter, I can see the power light is on. My batt has been condemned for sometime now. I only use direct power source from the power adapter. Once I press the power button on my laptop, the power light that shows the adapter in plugged in turns off.
No parts of my laptop turns on.

Hello Chakravarthy

I think the problem might be related to either faulty power supply or damaged motherboard. The best option is to bring your laptop to ? PC company to do the tests and if it's still under warranty, make sure you don't open it.
