I have look at the pics and it seems you are not going about the right way.
You wish to burn the software which is a .rar folder.
You can copy the .rar file to the cd using Explorer.
To burn dvd, you must first decompress the .rar file. Then lauch nero for burning. Remember that it will not be a bootable dvd.
