Pc powers up then goes straight to bios

Hello,
when i pluged in my laptop, two lighst will light up, the light for the battery and of the power, but i cant turn on my laptop. After a few hours i tried to turn it on again and it powered up, but it always go straight to the SAMSUNG BIOS CONFIGURATION and i can use the keyboard to change the settings , exit or save and reset.
i know that my os was working before this problem occur
i checked the caps lock to know if the keyboard is working, and it is still working.
how can i solve this problem.
can you please help me with my problem, thank you

my laptop is a samsung np370r4e "samsung notebook series 3"

I suspect you have a hardware error - most likely with the hard disk. A local PC repair shop should be able to diagnose the problem.
