Make sure that my information, email and files are not tampered

I am using someone elses computer and had to upload most of my information for business purposes I normally work from my smart phone but thats shut down Im tring not to loose my data but at the same time I dont trust this person
what can I do to make sure that my information, email and files are not tampered with when Im not on the computer and I i have seven emails!!!!!

Since you are not the computer's administrator, there is nothing you can do except ask people not to play around with your data.
