Have you experienced this before or is it your first time? I recall one instance when this happened to me only to find out that it was the program I used in transferring that caused it. Some file transfer programs have some settings that need to be turned on or off, some transfer files and sometimes changes the file size or format somehow.<REMOVED BY MODERATOR>It's what I have come to use especially in transferring sensitive and business emails.
