Do you have any sound at all?
If so,
can you go to start > Control Panel > Programs and Features
uninstall Adobe Flash Player.
Restart your PC.
go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_ab=1 and install flash player again.
restart your web browser and try again.
