Cant access my YAHOO MAIL account

Hello,

I can access my YAHOO MAIL account. I can still remember my yahoo ID and password. But when yahoo is asking for my Identity, it says that I need to verify by receiving a SMS or Call. But the number that I used for my yahoo account is not active anymore so how will I receive a verification code if the number is not active and cant receive sms anymore. HELP! :( And also the captcha code is not working
