dear sir
when we say factory reset the machine, it means restoring the OS state using many different way BUT most importantly in order to let this happen, we need to store the data used for such operation, either if was a 3rd party recovery image or an OEM windows image, even better a custom refined image,
so to make it short,
there's no magic button that makes the restoration happen,
when you wiped out the entire HDD, the hidden recovery partition {{if there was one}} has been deleted.
therefor you can't restore that state any more.

my advice is that you download all your drivers, backup your personal data, and perform a clean install.
