Conditional formatting cells A and B based on value in C

Hello,
As you can see from picture:

I want to fill with red colour cells A and B if value from C is equal with value from A.
I want to do this without any sorting of rows.
The next picture show what I mean. The value from C isn't matter to fill with colour because I will delete whole C row later.
