Hello
You have written: "I have tried most ideas on your sight" (site may be?)
So that we don't repeat the same ideas and waste your time and ours, could you please detail what you have tried?

Regards

I tried EVERYTHING to solve this same problem on my Acer Aspire ES1-311 - it nearly dove me mad and I came damn close to smashing it to pieces! I eventually got it fixed my doing a full factory restore. Had to wipe everything, but it worked. Laptop is only a few months old so I didn't have much on it anyway.
Hope this helps.
