SHIFT+2

Hello,
im shaik im using DELL vostro 1500 and windows vista ................ when im typing SHIFT and 2 two gether im getting this symbol ( " ) but actually i should get @ symbol but im not getting that do u have the rectification for this query

go to control panel > Regional and language options > Language
details > settings > Add > set keyboard layout as United States-Dvorak
