Hello, I have and Acer aspire and both my keyboard and mouse don't move at all.I've tried removing the battery, holding the power button for 10 secs and it shows Start up repair and system restore, but I can't click or move forward because it won't move.Please help: (

Try reseating the memory modules on your motherboard.
