Hello,
Wanna To Play Videos from local/youtube need a best video player for Support in all browsers old/new.

Hello,

Youtube videos now use HTML5. Modern web browsers by default also use HTML5.

To play local videos i would use VLC Player.

Youtube doesnt support IE8 so i would recommend either upgrading IE. If this isn't an option then I would install Firefox or Google Chrome.
