Trouble changing display language in Windows Vista

Hello,

I used Vistalizator to try to change the displayed language on my Vista to Russian for my grandmother but it says the computer has reached it's max number of languages already before I could update it. Which is strange since I only have English, the original language on the Vista. Required disk space 0,7GB, available disk space 92,2GB. I cant figure this out, please help.
