Hello,
I recently put together a brand new computer, however BOTH of the video cards I installed have non-working fans. I also got the "no signal" error so I tested everything on the comp and even got a new motherboard when I realized I have a bad processor, which I am getting replaced.

My question is this.....will a defective processor cause video card fans to malfunction as well??????

hi,
if your processor is bad, then it means that your computer is not working.
this is the reason why the fans are not running.
get the processor replaced and everything will be fine.
