MS2285 laptop windows error recovery windows failed to start

hello i have a MS2285 laptop and its operating system has been deleted when i restart the computer i get windows error recovery windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be this cause
if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, startup repair can help diagnose and fix the problem if the peer was interrupted during startup choose star windows normally then it gives me launch startup repair and start window normally i tried launch startup repair witch brought me to a the normal screen but it was blank

Hello

No computer can work without an operating system.

I suggest you install the original operating system.

i must have miss spoke the operating system is probably somewhere in there but its unable to fully operate or something whenever it loads it comes up with a normal screen that does not have a start menu or anything on it i can still move the mouse around tho and i do not know were the disk is atm

thank you i figured out how to get to factory reset from there i tried to only do a restore point and it told me that no user could be found but at least I'm able to do a factory reset
