Hello,

I AM using a DELL LAPTOP / E 4310 MODEL. OF-LATE, the space bar, enter,and backspace keys are not working. your immediate help will be appreciated much. at present I am using on screem keybord, wh ich very difficult to operate, at my age of 69

You probably have a broken keyboard. I suggest you test with an external USB keyboard. If it works then I suggest you have a local repair shop replace the internal keyboard.
