Cannot log into Facebook

Hello,
I cannot log in its saying cannot recognize my number or password. I used my old cell phone # to set my account up. (Had the # at the time) now I'm guessing someone else has that # and I cannot get into my account Help cannot start another one. Sent from TEXAS :)
