How can I get my password for a new alternative email address as I have forgott en my address

Last time I accessed this account was a few years back but I'm trying to access a code as I have gotten a new phone and Facebook isn't allowing me to access my account unless I have put this code in

If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.
Sorry but your account no longer exist.
I suggest you create a new one.

P.S. To make sure, ask someone you know to send you an e-mail, if they get an error, you can be certain your account is no longer in service.
