Printer's ink pads are at the end of their service life

how can I solve this error on Epson PX660 ?

I did it before. but it doesnt work properly on my device.
let's see this article step by step:
1. Select the option listed as Protection Counter to display the Current value as well as the Maximum value of the number of copies printed
2. Ensure that the source of the problem comes from the limit of pages allowed to be printed
It will be the case if the current and maximum values match)

when I do that I see this error:
SOME ERROR OCCURED.
3. Then, go to the Protection Counter and choose Reset protection counter

It work properly and I see message: WASTE COUNTER RESETTED.
4. When done, click Clear Counter Overflow to set the Current Value back to "0"

and when I click "clear counter overflow" Nothing happening.

furthermore SSC Service Utility v4.30 hasn't my printer model on printers model support. (exist on configuration tab)
