Windows Explorer Glitching/Blinking

The installation of Windows 10 went smoothly until I logged on. My desktop appears with all of my icons from my Windows 8 version, but I cannot click on anything and my desktop and all the icons and taskbar blink repeatedly. However, I am able to run my task manager and end my Windows Explorer process. From here I am able to run any application as long as it's not through the windows explorer. If there is a way to fix this I would love to know! Thanks for the help.

Go to the website, your computer
website like Toshiba or HP or Asus or Lenovo,,, etc.
download drivers for windows 10
