My keys aren't working help please

Hello, the keys on my lenovo laptop are not working right when in a new tab if I push the h key it sends me to history and when I hit the b it sends me to bookmarks all of the keys are doing this and idk why.... Nothing is typing in it'd just sending me to different functions please help me resolve this problem

This is a recurrent issue with laptops. It's due to a circuit problem which only a qualified technician can repair.
