Conditional formatting dates [Closed]

I have three date columns in a sheet, order date, approved date and received date.
I want the ordered date to be green but going red if not approved within 14 days. If approved within 14 days it should stay green
Then the approved date to be green but going red if the not received within 30 days but stay green if received within 30 days
