Internet doesn't work for some weird reason

Hello, well my internet is flashing. I have no clue what's wrong is says that the connection is very strong and all but is doesn't work for some weird reason. So I have Reset everything that requires Internet but still no I don't get any internet.
Please help I have no clue what's wrong?

On what type of device, and what OS? Wired or wireless?
